Not every OT listed there is trained at, or even willing to, assist an adult looking for help, however, this is still a very valuable resource. Hey, it's where I found MY OT! Good luck!

Update: though the service locator directory is not yet fully available, there is at least one OT I can recommend who works with adults to help treat their SPD.
