Getting Started
New to SPD? Start here!
Step 1
Does SPD fit you? Use a symptoms checklist to find out
It can be difficult to find the right label. While the symptoms checklists available on SPD Life are not considered 'official', they are very helpful in your search for an answer. Find out which of your issues might just be sensory-based. You may be surprised...
Step 2

Step 3
Need a place to vent or talk to others who are either in your same place or have been before?
