Here you will find a link to a brief explanation of every sense, the way it works, and the ways it can be dysfunctional. Aside from the common 5 senses that most people know about (sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell), there are 3 other senses that exist 'beneath the surface' and can also be effected by SPD. Those are the 'inner senses' of Vestibular, Proprioceptive, and Interoceptive. Learn more about them below!
